Introducing ACT’s New Leadership Team

By Randy Mann

Chuck Robinson - ACT General ManagerThe ownership team at ACT Security is excited to announce that we have named Chuck Robinson as general manager of the company.

Chuck has more than 16 years in the security industry. Prior to joining ACT in 2016, Chuck served as manager of operations at Gaylord Opryland Resort and corporate safety director for the YMCA of Middle Tennessee. He also has a masters degree in homeland security and emergency management.

We are extremely confident in Chuck’s abilities to lead ACT into the future and feel that he is the perfect person to take on this role. While leading our service team, Chuck made significant improvements to our processes and systems. And we know that this new role will give him greater ability to strengthen the work we do at ACT.

ACT’s Ownership Will Not Change

To be clear, Joel and I aren’t stepping down, but we are stepping back a bit. We will retain ownership of ACT and serve on the board of directors, but we are slowly handing over the reins to new leadership within our organization.

There has never been a more exciting time in the commercial security industry. We believe the technological advances we’re seeing will allow our customers to work smarter, not harder––all while keeping their team, their assets and their businesses safer.

We’re excited about what’s to come and we hope you are too.
