Our Leadership Team

Chuck Robinson

General Manager

Chuck is dedicated to safety. He has a master’s degree in homeland security and emergency management to prove it. Prior to joining ACT, Chuck served as manager of operations at Gaylord Opryland Resort and corporate safety director for the YMCA of Middle Tennessee. At ACT, Chuck builds processes and systems to ensure customers receive an excellent experience. Chuck is an avid outdoorsman and loves to travel with his family.

Terrie Hill

Vice President of Administration

A CPA for nearly 40 years, Terrie puts her expertise to work for ACT on a daily basis. She counts raising her three children among her top accomplishments. She has also helped create a benefit that has raised more than $700,000 for African Leadership.
